At Nexdyno OrderSeva Private Limited ("OrderSeva"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscription services.
1. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase and no usage: You are eligible for a full refund if you request a refund within 7 days of your Subscription purchase and have not used the Services.
- After 7 days or usage: No refund will be issued for the current billing period once 7 days have passed or you have used the Services, whichever occurs first.
- Annual plans: For annual Subscription plans, please contact us at contact@orderseva.com to discuss your refund request.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
