Refund policy.

At Nexdyno OrderSeva Private Limited ("OrderSeva"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscription services.
1. Subscription Refunds
- Within 7 days of purchase and no usage: Full refund if requested within 7 days and Services have not been used.
- After 7 days or usage: No refund for the current billing period once 7 days have passed or Services have been used.
- Annual plans: Contact us at contact@orderseva.com to discuss your request.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time. Takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

- Your registered name and phone number or email address.
- Subscription plan and purchase date.
- Reason for the refund request.
Our team will review and respond within 7 working days.
