How fast is WhatsApp support really?+
During business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 9 PM IST), a real human usually replies within 10 minutes. After hours — typically by next morning.
Do you charge for onboarding or demos?+
No. Demos, onboarding, menu migration, and first-weekend hand-holding are all free. We only charge the flat subscription when you go live.
Can someone visit my restaurant?+
In a few cities we can come on-site for free. Outside those, we do video calls and courier pre-configured hardware. WhatsApp us your city — we'll tell you straight up what's possible.
What if I'm an existing customer with an urgent issue?+
Use the priority WhatsApp number we share at onboarding — it's monitored separately from sales so dinner-rush issues don't sit in a queue.
Which languages does your team speak?+
English and Hindi for sure. Mention your preferred regional language in your first message — if we have a native speaker on the team, we'll route you to them; if not, we'll be honest about it upfront.
